PAYMENT  POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 

Signing a Contract
  1. Deposit Requirement:

    • Upon agreement of the total budget for the project, the Client agrees to make a deposit payment equal to 75% of the total budget.

    • This deposit must be paid no later than 10 calendar days prior to the first day of production.

  2. Final Payment:

    • The remaining balance of 25% of the total budget must be paid no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the final edit or raw footage from Impact Films.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

  4. Cancellation and Credit:

    • If a production is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the agreed production date, 50% of the deposit will be credited for future projects.

    • The 50% credit must be utilized within 3 months from the date of termination of the project.

  5. Project Postponement Penalty:

    • If a project is postponed to a later date with less than 30 days' notice, a penalty of 25% will be deducted from the total budget of the project.
