PAYMENT POLICY
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Deposit Requirement:

Upon agreement of the total budget for the project, the Client agrees to make a deposit payment equal to 75% of the total budget.

This deposit must be paid no later than 10 calendar days prior to the first day of production.

Final Payment:
-
The remaining balance of 25% of the total budget must be paid no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the final edit or raw footage from Impact Films.

Refund Policy:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Credit:

If a production is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the agreed production date, 50% of the deposit will be credited for future projects.

The 50% credit must be utilized within 3 months from the date of termination of the project.

Project Postponement Penalty:

If a project is postponed to a later date with less than 30 days' notice, a penalty of 25% will be deducted from the total budget of the project.

All notices regarding cancellations, credits, or postponements must be provided in writing via email.
